Recently I’m back to consuming processed sugar in the form of 3-in-1 coffees due to old habit. I’ve identified the enablers such as lack of sleep due to TV binges and the mug at the pantry.

The first step to change is aware of the problem and the next is to define the problem before we know what immediate + effective action to take.

I’m also not writing regularly, I hope I can get back to my best pace.
